The Cathedral School of Saint Matthew is accredited by the Indiana Department of Education and AdvancED Accreditation.
Students entering grades 1 through 8 must take a placement test and/or bring evidence through previous NWEA assessments from their school records.
The Cathedral School offers full Preschool and Kindergarten programs.

Registration for St. Matthew Cathedral School will begin in March.
A Kindergarten student MUST be 5 by August 1st, we do not make exceptions on this rule.
To enter 4 year old Preschool a child must be 4 years old by August 1st and potty trained.
To enter 3-year old preschool a child must be 3 years old by August 1st and potty trained.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BEFORE A CHILD MAY BEGIN SCHOOL:

If a child is Catholic, a baptismal certificate is required at registration

If a family is a parishioner of St. Matthew Cathedral we will ensure this through the parish.

2/3 of St. Matt's 8th Graders go on to Marian High School for their high school education.
